Inés Sanz is the Head of Customer Engineering Department at HISPASAT. She is responsible for the engineering, product innovations and technical solutions for the customers of HISPASAT´s Group, being also the technical support to the Sales Department. She takes part in the definition of the technical characteristics for the Hispasat´s satellites, defining coverage and other payload performances. She is also responsible for the management and development of R&D Technological Projects for the Hispasat´s Group. Newly-developed projects: International: Satlife, Mednet. Spanish national: iAvion, Furia, SIMBAD, Palco HD, TDT Universal, 3D Live, Latyhdos, etc. Ms Sanz also represent Hispasat in the most relevant technical international forums (DVB, ITU, ETSI, etc), being nowadays a member of the DVB Steering Board. She has a Masters Degree in Fundamental Physics, Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Executive MBA, AEDE Business School of Madrid. She is author of multiple national and international technical publications, taking part like invited in conferences and satellite forums.
